Make The Best Use Of Your Limited Space With This Bunk-Bed In Unfinished Solid Spruse. All Rails And Ladder Rungs are made of 2 ft. x 6 ft solid Spruce. The Entire Bunk-Bed Is A Free Standing Bunk-Bed That Comes As A Ready To Assemble Kit.

This Bunk-Bed Is Available In Twin, Full And Queen Widths; And Regular, Extra Long (Typical College Size) And Dorm XXL Lengths, And Meet Most College Requirements.

Weight Capacities Per Bunk: Twin Bunk Bed: 300-lbs, Full Bunk: 400-lbs, Queen Bunk: 400-lbs. *You Can Choose To Add 100-lbs Weight Capacity Per Bunk On Any Bunk Bed - Scroll Down To See These Options.

There Are Two Leg Heights Available, The Regular 69 In. Or The Extra Tall 83 In. Legs. We assume you will use an 8 In. If you need more clearance you would need to use a thiner mattress and let us know the size.

Give This Bunk-Bed Superior Support And Stability. The Integrated (Notched) Ladders At Both Ends Enable You To Position The Bunk-Bed In Any Corner And Will Give You Full Access To The Front Of The Bunk.

The 83 In. High Bunk With The Double Bookcase Requires A 9 ft. Ceiling Or Higher. A Front Ladder Are Also Available.

*Mattress Is Not Included In The Price.

The Price Includes: Pre-cut & Pre-drilled Unfinished Wood, Integrated Left/Right Ladders, Front/Back Rails,1 Safety Rail; Nuts, Bolts, Screws, And Instructions. Price includes 4-Bunkie Slats. Customer Should Purchase An (MDF Board) from us or Local Lumber Store if additional wt. capacity is not choosen. Queen size beds must buy An MDF or similar for support.
